Start worshipping and praising God with your mind on Jesus Christ for saving you and filling you with the Holy Spirit. Then, while you are worshipping and praising God the presence of God will come upon you, and you will automatically start worshipping and praising God in tongues, in an utterance sound that is new to you, which is the presence of God.
